If your shoes aren’t quite right, returning them is simple:

1. Create your return label

Go to GLS Returns Portal and generate your label.

2. Prepare your parcel

Print the label, stick it on your package, and pack the shoes securely.

3. Drop it off

Bring the parcel to your nearest GLS ParcelShop – find one here: GLS ParcelShops Belgium.

We’ll handle the rest once your return arrives.
