Our shoes follow standard European sizing, so you can order your usual size with confidence. Please note: our sneakers have a slightly wider fit than our formal shoes for extra comfort.

No — both delivery and returns are completely free.

Orders placed before 16:00 are usually packed the same day. GLS typically collects them the next day, and delivery takes around 2–3 working days.

If your shoes aren’t quite right, sending them back is easy and free:

1. Create your return label – Visit the GLS Returns Portal to generate your label.

2. Prepare your parcel – Print and attach the label securely to your package.

3. Drop it off – Bring the parcel to your nearest GLS ParcelShop. Find one here.

We’ll handle everything as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we check it within a maximum of 3 working days and issue your refund immediately. Depending on your payment method, the credit may take a few more days to appear in your account.

The quickest way is to place a new order and simply return the other pair (returns are free).

You have 30 days from the day you receive your shoes to return them.
